Pastor Frank Ssozi is the visionary founder and Lead Pastor of Word Empowerment Ministries (WEM). His spiritual journey began during his high school years when he encountered the transformative power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This early encounter laid a firm foundation for a life of devoted ministry and unwavering commitment to the Kingdom of God.
Following his graduation from university, Pastor Frank began serving faithfully at Kasenge Miracle Center Church, where he dedicated over a decade to both the administrative and pastoral arms of the ministry. During this time, he was instrumental in shaping church operations, mentoring young leaders, and fostering spiritual growth within the congregation.
To further equip himself for effective ministry, Pastor Frank pursued advanced theological training at New Life Advance Bible College, where he deepened his knowledge of Scripture, doctrine, and the practical dimensions of Christian leadership. This academic preparation has enriched his calling and ministry, allowing him to teach, shepherd, and disciple with clarity and conviction.
Driven by a deep passion for evangelism, discipleship, and community transformation, Pastor Frank continues to proclaim the Gospel through preaching, outreach, and practical acts of service. His heart is to see individuals and communities not only come to faith in Christ but also grow into self-sustaining, empowered agents of hope and change.
Pastor Frank serves in ministry alongside his beloved wife, Deborah Ssozi, who shares his passion for service and outreach. Together, they are blessed with four wonderful children: Gloria, Yolanda, Jesse, and Happy Zion. As a family, they exemplify the values of love, faith, and dedication that define the heart of Word Empowerment Ministries.
